This beautiful neighborhood in Tucson, Arizona, has 1009 Lots, seven parks, four ramadas, and several playground parks, including workout equipment, a volleyball court, and several basketball courts. Rancho Valencia is a dog-friendly neighborhood that offers multiple dog waste stations throughout the entire community and a newly installed fenced-in dog park.  
 
The Rancho Valencia Community Association is managed by its Board of Directors. Board members are elected by the general membership, which consists of all homeowners on record for the Association. The Rancho Valencia Bylaws provide more information about the Board of Directors and the Annual Meeting. 
  
The Board of Directors for Rancho Valencia Community Association meets quarterly. All meetings are held on Zoom and are open to homeowners, who are encouraged to attend. For more information about the Board of Directors Meetings, visit the Calendar of Events page.  
  
Agave Management Solutions administers the Association's business affairs, including weekly inspections, tax filings, and annual report preparation.
  
The Association's Design Review Committee (DRC) oversees the approval of exterior changes to the lot or dwelling, not limited to remodeling, renovations, and new construction. The DRC must approve all projects in Rancho Valencia, including new installations and modifications.
